•	Usen provides quick turn services for prototypes. For 2-12 layer rigid boards, quick turn services are available especially for R&D house or any PCB house who expects cost down.
•	Usen responses promptly. We know how annoying when the reply comes later than you expected. So normally our sales team follow the “24” principle. That’s to say for any request for reply, no matter it is RFQ, quality issue or lead time issue, we will response within 24 hours.
•	Usen accepts customized demand if possible. Since some of our clients are also PCB house, there are customized demands on details such as logo, label, in-package materials and even special work flows. We can comply if possible.
